Is there a free plan?

Yes! We offer a generous free tier that allows you to generate up to 100 follow-up emails per month. No credit card is required. This is perfect for individual consultants or those just starting out. You can always upgrade to a paid plan for more emails and advanced features.

Can I try RetentionAI without creating an account?

Absolutely! Click 'Try Demo' to experience our follow-up wizard without signing up. This gives you a hands-on preview of how the email generation process works, though you'll need an account to save and send emails.

What information do I need to provide during onboarding?

During onboarding, we'll ask for your firm name, firm type (independent consultant, boutique firm, or large firm), your role, and your typical hourly rate. This helps us calculate time savings and customize the experience for your specific needs.

What types of follow-up emails can I create?

You can also create your own custom templates.

Can I customize the generated emails?

Does RetentionAI integrate with my existing email client?

Currently, RetentionAI generates email content that you can copy and paste into any email client. We're working on direct integrations with popular email platforms like Outlook and Gmail for seamless sending.

Can I save and reuse email templates?

Yes! You can save successful follow-ups as templates for future use. The Templates section in your dashboard lets you organize and quickly access your most effective email formats for different client situations.

Client Management

How does the client management system work?

RetentionAI includes a built-in CRM-lite system. You create a client entry and it is added to your client list. You can track all interactions, view communication history, and see metrics like time saved and value generated per client.

Can I import my existing client list?

Currently, clients are being managed manually through the Clients page. We're developing bulk import functionality to help you bring in existing client databases via CSV upload.

Is my client data secure?

Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade security with row-level security policies, ensuring that only you can access your client data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never share or sell your information.

Can team members share client information?

Currently shared client information is under development. Team members within the same firm would be able to access shared client information, making collaboration seamless while maintaining security between different firms.

Pricing & Billing

How much does RetentionAI cost?

After your 14-day free trial, RetentionAI offers flexible pricing based on your usage needs. Plans start at $49/month for individual consultants and scale based on email volume and team size. Visit our pricing page for detailed information.

What happens when I reach my monthly email limit?

You'll receive notifications as you approach your limit. When reached, you can either upgrade to a higher plan or wait for your limit to reset next month. We never cut off access unexpectedly - you'll always have notifications to plan accordingly. Usage is also tracked in the dashboard, you can see how many emails you've sent and how much time you've saved.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle, and you'll retain access to features through the end of your paid period. Upgrade to higher plan is applied immediately.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the nature of the product and AI usage for generating emails, we do not offer refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle.

What is the billing cycle?

The billing cycle is monthly. You will be charged on the day you sign up and then on the same day of each month thereafter. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle.

Is there a carry over for unused email generations to the next month?

No, the unused email generations are not carried over to the next month. Each month you start with a fresh set of email quotas according to your plan.

Do you offer team or enterprise pricing?

Yes! We offer custom pricing for teams of 5+ and enterprise organizations. Contact our sales team for volume discounts, custom features, and dedicated support options tailored to your firm's needs.
